General Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Scandyz.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
- Applicable Law: All agreements are governed by Swedish law.
- Dispute Resolution:
- B2C (EU consumers): Customers may use their local consumer protection agency or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
- B2B customers: Any disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts, Gothenburg District Court.
- Changes: We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, and these terms at any time without prior notice.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in EUR (€).
- B2C (Consumers): Prices include VAT where applicable.
- B2B (Wholesale customers): Prices are shown excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Payments: Secure payments are processed via our checkout system. For approved wholesale partners, invoice terms (Net 14/30 days) may apply.
Late Payments (B2B): Interest and recovery costs may be charged for overdue invoices. We reserve the right to withhold deliveries in case of non-payment.
Orders
An order is binding once confirmed by email.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
B2B: Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) may apply and will be communicated before confirmation.
Products & Availability
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary.
- If an item is unavailable, it may be removed from your order and the price adjusted accordingly.
- Replacement products are treated as new orders.
Shipping & Delivery
- Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Larger wholesale orders may take longer.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- EU: 3–8 business days after dispatch
- Rest of World: 5–14 business days after dispatch (customs may delay delivery)
- Carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, PostNord, and others.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
- Tracking: Tracking details are provided when available.
- Customs & Duties: Customers outside the EU are responsible for import duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
- B2B: Pallet and freight shipments follow agreed Incoterms (e.g., DAP, EXW).
Returns & Refunds
A) EU Consumers (B2C)
- Right of Withdrawal: EU law grants 14 days withdrawal for online purchases.
- Exemption: Perishable goods (candy, snacks, food items) cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.
- Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Photos and order details may be required.
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days once approved.
B) Wholesale Customers (B2B)
- Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 1–2 business days of delivery.
- All goods must be inspected upon receipt. Claims submitted later may not be accepted.
- Returns require written approval. Opened or repackaged goods are not returnable unless defective.
C) General Return Rules
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Returns must be shipped in original packaging.
- Non-collected or refused shipments are non-refundable for perishable items.
For non-perishable items, refunds may be issued minus shipping and handling costs.
Liability & Force Majeure
We are not liable for indirect losses, customs delays, or events beyond our control.
- Force majeure includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, government actions, transport disruptions, IT failures, and supplier shortages.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

- We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- We collect and process data (name, address, email, phone, company details, payment info) solely to manage orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Data may be shared with logistics and payment partners but never sold to third parties.
- Data Retention: Information is stored as long as required by law (e.g., bookkeeping rules) or to provide our services.
- Customers have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
- Complaints can be filed with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies: Used for functionality, analytics, and to improve user experience.
